Grand Prize Winner

When Pizza night rolls around people don't get excited for the regular old run of the mill pepperoni, no all they want is some Just Peachy Pizzas. The warm brown sugar combined with the home like flavors of the naan bread are the perfect place for those sweet little peaches to rest. Next time you host a pizza party don't forget to please the sweet lovers and skeptics with this one of a kind dessert pizza made on naan bread.

6 pieces Tandoori Naan
4oz. Cream cheese
1/2 Cup white chocolate chips
2 Peaches
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1/2 Cup diced pecans
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Dried cranberries
2 Tbsp. Melted butter

Pre heat oven to 350°F. Grease two cookie sheets.

In a microwave safe bowl melt the 1/2 cup white chocolate chips for about 30 seconds in the microwave, stir in cream cheese, return to microwave for 15 seconds. Stir until smooth.

Slice peaches in to thin slices. In a bowl toss together peaches, sugar, Pecans, cinnamon, and cranberries, and butter.

On each of the Tandoori Naan Bread spread 1/6th of the cream cheese mixture, sprinkle evenly on top 1/6th of the peaches mixture, and press gently to help the peaches cling to the cream cheese. Arrange the breads on the cookies sheets so that they are not touching. Bake for about 12 minutes. Allow to cool for about 2 minutes. Serve with or without optional topping.

Topping:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

In a mixer whip all ingredients until peaks form. Chill until needed.

Spread Naan with refried beans and cream cheese. Sprinkle on diced green onions, black olives, and shredded cheddar cheese. Top with salsa and bake at 350°F until melted. Olé!

Hawaiian Naan Pizza, submitted by Michelle S. from Cayuga, NY
On Tandoor Chef Garlic Naan, spread Philadelphia Pineapple Cream Cheese on bottom. Then add ham, bacon, sausage, pepperoni and top with mozzerella. Bake about 15 to 20 min 350°F slice in mini slices dip in marinara sauce. Mmmm!
