- Change your energy: also called “Nadi Suddhi”. Close your eyes and close your right nostril with your right hand thumb. Breathe in. Close the left nostril. Breathe out.
- Follow this process for 5 minutes everyday.
- Sit straight and keep your back and neck straight as you follow the last step.
- Close your eyes and focus on breathing in different ways. Concentrate on your chest as it moves in and out. Set your attention on the dark spot between your eyes and empty your mind. This is the hardest step for beginners, but once mastered, meditation is simple and extremely effective.
